  1. Short: A terminfo database for the Amiga

  6. Terminfo is the UN*X terminal database system; it allows to deal with many
  7. different terminals at a level slightly more abstract than pure escape
  8. sequences manipulation. The aterminfo distribution contains some linker
  9. libraries and the basic utilities.
  10.  
  11. aterminfo has been built on the ncurses package (version 0.7.2) developped for
  12. Linux. The sources relative to terminfo calls have been separated from the rest
  13. of curses. Only very minor changes were necessary in order to recompile the
  14. original code.
